Brand is just one factor, not a guarantee. Even if a brand appears in the “love” category, it doesn’t automatically mean we’ll accept it. Every item is assessed on multiple factors including style and current trends, condition, fabric, quality and overall sell-through likelihood.

Our consignment fee is a flat $50, whether you bring 5 items or 15.

To get the best value:

• Aim to bring the full 15 items
• Focus on your best pieces 
• Consider whether each item is worth reselling (price-wise)

To give your items the best chance :

• Ensure they are freshly washed and pressed
• Neatly folded into a bag or brought on hangers (we’ll swap over to our own hangers during your appointment)
• Wipe shoes down and remove them from the box 

Good presentation makes a difference, both at intake and on the shop floor.

We assess every item individually, but generally we’re looking for:

• Pieces in ready to wear condition, with good life left in them 
• Natural fibres and quality fabrics  (silk, wool, cashmere, linen, organic cotton) 
• In-demand brands (see our brand guide above) 
• Current, on-trend styles (roughly within the last 3 years) 
• Seasonal relevance: we are currently looking for autumn/winterwear.
• High quality shoes and accessories
• All genders & sizes

• Items with marks, stains, damage, or heavy signs of wear
• Fast fashion & mass market brands (see above for more info on brands)
• Activewear or swimwear
• Corporate wear and suiting
• Bridal or formalwear
• Fake or replica designer items

We price to sell using: 

• 3+ years of our own sales data across both stores
• Comparable items currently in-store
• Original retail price
• External resale platforms (e.g. eBay, Depop)
• Brand demand and current trends
• Fabric and overall quality
  

As a general guide, most items land around 1/3 to 1/2 of original retail price.
