Please choose your items carefully, as we have a strict no-returns policy. 

At Reseller, we offer a curated selection of second-hand and vintage pieces, all sold “as is.” These items are classified as vintage or second-hand goods under Australian Consumer Law and we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at info@resellerstore.au immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue. Please ensure you have proof of purchase to facilitate any claims.
